In order to enable NTFS file system on the USB Flash Drive drive (USB Flash Memory), the following tweak will help you.
1. You need to connect your USB Storage device to your computer. Right-click on My Computer from the desktop and choose Manage.
2. Click on “Device Manager” and expand out “Disk Drives”.
3. Right click on USB drive and select “Properties”. After that, click on the “Policies” tab and choose “Optimize for performance” radio button. Finally click OK and you are done!
4. Now open “My Computer” and select Format on the Flash Drive, choose NTFS in the file system drop-down box, and Click Start.
Important: To remove a device safely without data loss use a “safely remove hardware” procedure or Eject function from Windows Explorer.
